Press release from: epcSolutions

Free Session is a step by step education on Sam’s Club’s RFID requirements

Great Falls, VA: epcSolutions, the leading RFID compliance solution provider to suppliers of Wal*Mart and Sam’s Club with over 150 RFID installations, is offering a free training course to show how to become compliant with Sam’s Club’s RFID requirements. The training course was developed based on our years of Wal*Mart and Sam’s Club RFID implementations and provides a step by step approach to meeting the business and technical requirements.

During this webinar, we will go point by point through the requirements to help you understand the rules for tagging and shipping, EDI, such as Advance Shipment Notices (ASN), Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN) and Retail Link configuration for RFID tagged products. “In February we won an average of about one new Sam’s Club supplier customer every day,” states Chuck Williams, CTO, epcSolutions. “After completing this course you will see how easy it is to meet these requirements.”

Topics to be covered in the webinar include:
- Overview
- Implementation Plan
- Business Workflow
- Information Integration
- RFID Hardware
- Labeling Requirements

“As Director of Client Services at epcSolutions and as a former training executive, I am passionate about listening to our customers and developing solutions that meet and exceed their expectations,” states Kim Simonalle. “This information will allow any supplier to understand what Sam’s Club is asking for and develop a plan that will eliminate their risk, reduce their cost and shorten the time it takes to become compliant.”
