Lama Zopa Rinpoche to Teach ‘Buddha Nature’ at Choe Khor Sum Ling, Bangalore
Press release from: Choe Khor Sum Ling - Tibetan Buddhist Meditation & Study Center, Bangalore
(openPR) - Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche, the spiritual director of Choe Khor Sum Ling and of the international organization of Dharma centers known as the Foundation for the Preservation of Mahayana Traditions (FPMT), will teach at the Center in Bangalore from Thursday through Sunday, March 13 – 16, 2008. Rinpoche will give a teaching on how one can transform one’s daily activities into the activities of enlightenment. Rinpoche will talk about the importance of maintaining a constant attitude of compassion, bodhicitta, twenty-four hours a day, from morning till night. This approach leads to actualizing the potential of Buddhahood that is innate to all sentient beings. Rinpoche will also be conferring a Green Tara empowerment. Green Tara is the female aspect of Buddha’s compassion and activities.
Lama Zopa Rinpoche is one of the greatest upholders of Shakyamuni Buddha's sacred teachings in this century. For nearly forty years Rinpoche has worked tirelessly to make the profound message of Buddhism, as preserved in the Tibetan tradition, available to people throughout the world. Rinpoche travels extensively giving detailed explanations in English which go straight to the heart making it perfectly clear how to eliminate suffering and attain lasting happiness in our daily lives. Rinpoche created the first programs for in depth study of the Five Great Treatises in the West, and created one of the most successful schools for interpreters of Tibetan language into English. Furthermore, Rinpoche has organized essential support for Buddhist monasteries and nunneries in India, Nepal, Mongolia, and France.

Comments about openPR
OpenPR ist the nicest and most clearly laid out PR platform I have seen to this day. The press releases are displayed very nicely and clearly and without any unnecessary frills.
The updates are fast and the finished release looks appealing and is clearly legible.
Even with 16 years of experience one discovers new things from time to time.
Congratulations!
