UK Energy Saving’s New Utilities Marketplace Includes Environmental Information

Press release from: UK Energy Saving
(openPR) - With gas and electricity prices continuing to rise, there has never been a better time to think about switching utilities’ providers in order to get the best deal, so the launch of UK Energy Saving’s new energy switch marketplace is certainly well timed. There is more to their new marketplace, however, than just getting a good price, with the environment, as always, at the top of the list of the Company’s concerns.

The UK Energy Saving website promotes many types of renewable energy suitable for domestic use, but the freshly launched marketplace recognises the fact that most consumers have a current requirement for gas and electricity to meet their everyday energy needs. In offering visitors the opportunity to get a better deal, UK Energy Saving has also made sure that information relating to the environment is also made available. This includes details of the fuel mix offered by the different suppliers as well as carbon dioxide savings that could be made (or lost) by switching to a new electricity provider.

Hayley Jones, Web Marketing Director for UK Energy Saving, comments on the new price comparison marketplace. “Environmental concerns are of course of prime importance in the information we provide to our visitors, and we did not want this to be any different when it came to getting consumers a better deal for their utilities. We are therefore thrilled to have teamed up with a new partner and launched our marketplace, which, at each stage, gives users the option to select renewable energy only tariffs. We, of course, also encourage everyone to use energy wisely in order to reduce their carbon footprint.”

The UK Energy Saving marketplace can be accessed from the home page, www.uk-energy-saving.com, or can be found direct at www.uk-energy-saving.com/cheap_gas_electricity.html.
