HUNGRY HOWIE’S PIZZA OPENS NEWEST LOCATION IN GASTONIA

GASTONIA, North Carolina (November 29, 2016) – Hungry Howie’s Pizza, originator of the Flavored Crust® pizza, announces its newest location in Gastonia, North Carolina, located at 3320 Robinwood Road, on the corner of Kendrick in the new Harris Teeter Shopping Center. To commemorate the new location, the store will host a ribbon cutting with the Chamber of Commerce on November 29, officially opening to the public on November 30. Pizza fans can enjoy a special deal on large one-topping flavored-crust pizzas for $6.99 through the month of January. Additionally, Hungry Howie’s will be donating a percentage of sales on November 30 and December 1 to the Gaston County Family YMCA and Webb Street School for Developmental and Intellectual Disabled.

The new Hungry Howie’s in Gastonia will be franchisee Eric Fairbanks’ 11th location. Eric owns ten other Hungry Howie’s restaurants across North Carolina and celebrated his most recent opening just two months ago. Fairbanks has worked for Hungry Howie’s since he attended college in Michigan and developed a knack for the pizza business. Drawing from his past experience, Eric hopes to attract new fans with the brand’s popular flavored crusts and expansive offerings. Hungry Howie’s is best known for their flavored crust pizza options which includes butter, asiago cheese, Cajun, garlic herb and ranch, to name a few.
