(openPR) - Berlin, 28 February 2008 – The PSI subsidiary PSI Logistics GmbH will be presenting airport solutions with a focus on flight information display PSIairport/FIDS at the Passenger Terminal EXPO in Amsterdam from 15 to 17 April 2008. In addition, PSI will be showing the transportation management system (PSItms) from 22 to 25 April 2008 at the TransRussia in Moscow along with software solutions for warehouse management (PSIwms).
The flight information display PSIairport/FIDS is connected to the relevant data from flight planning management systems and includes functions for the layout of the display. Additional information or advertising can be displayed via interfaces.
PSItms provides, especially for shippers and forwarders, a number of functions for the optimization of time and costs in their processes. PSItms has a comprehensive disposition control station which can be used as a multi-site solution. With this, it is possible to control and optimize potential along the entire transportation chain and at all the sites.
PSI is already being successfully represented in the strategically important growth market for logistics in Russia with leading partners such as National Logistics Company (NLC), BLT Logistic and Red Tree and has had its own office since 2006.
