Nearly 20,000 dies are being processed per day by Azoteq, and around 1 GB volume of new test data of substantial yield dependencies is generated by various test sites, test houses, assembly and foundries. yieldWerx’s powerful reporting and analysis tool supports Azoteq in achieving 95% yield goal at wafer sort level and 98% at the final test level.
