Leading Real Estate Companies of the World Conference Features Robust Technology Track

Press release from: Leading Real Estate Companies of the World
(openPR) - CHICAGO – A new technology education track featuring industry-leading real estate technology thinkers and pioneers is being introduced this year at the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE) annual conference April 9-11 in Boca Raton, FL.

Sessions will cover all facets of real estate technology and interactive Web marketing. The impressive line-up of speakers includes Channing Dawson of the founding HGTV executive team and senior strategic advisor to Scripps Networks; Marc Davison, founding partner of 1000WattConsulting, advisors to many of the top broker and dotcom brands in real estate and featured writer on for Inman.com; Bill Tancer, general manager of Global Research at Hitwise, the foremost reviewer of Web traffic analysis and online consumer behavior; Michael Lane, executive vice president of Sales and Marketing at ShowingTime, one of the pioneers in real estate data analytics; Carlo MacDonald, president of CamSoft Data Systems, Inc., a leading real estate technology company and developers of RealtyLogic, an online broker management and marketing system; and Matthew Ferrara, founder of Matthew Ferrara & Company, a driving force for technology innovation for today’s consumer in traditional real estate. Additionally, a host of talented ecommerce, marketing, and chief technology officers of LeadingRE member brokerage firms will be on hand to provide expert advice on “real world” applications of technology in progressive real estate brokerages.

These and other presenters will address how new media and Web 2.0 combine with fundamental marketing principles to drive higher consumer satisfaction, higher conversion, and higher brand awareness. In addition to an overview of today’s real estate technology landscape, sessions will promote understanding and usage of Internet data analytics to establish a competitive advantage, and specific strategies for using technology to connect with consumers.

“There is a great deal of hype and noise in today’s real estate technology world,” says LeadingRE’s Vice President of Strategic Development Eric Bryn. “This sometimes makes it difficult to identify where real results are being delivered in terms of customer acquisition and conversion, branding, and securing a competitive advantage. Our goal with this program is to cut through that to identify what is actually working and creating a return on technology investment for brokerage companies.”

This technology track signals the addition of a dedicated technology component to the high-impact educational offerings already featured at the annual LeadingRE conference. Those include training and best practices-sharing in relocation and business development, brokerage management, recruiting/retention and growth strategies, and real estate marketing. In addition, the Luxury Portfolio Fine Broker Collection™ Summit for premier luxury firms and associates will be held April 7-9, immediately preceding the LeadingRE conference.

All events will convene at the spectacular Boca Raton Resort in Boca Raton, Florida. Attendance is limited to affiliates and sponsors of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®.
