Mark Sonnenklar Joins Baer & Troff LLP as a Partner

Baer & Troff LLP announced that Mark Sonnenklar joined the firm as a partner in the firm’s Brentwood office.

Mr. Sonnenklar brings over 20 years of corporate transactions experience to Baer & Troff, having worked at a prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm and then founding and managing his own boutique firm. He has a broad-based practice that includes mergers & acquisitions, equity financings, fund formations, strategic partnerships, licensing, and almost any other kind of commercial transaction.
