January 2008: Orga Systems, the leading expert in convergent real-time billing, today announces it has chosen CRM specialist Selligent as a preferred partner to complement its first-class solution portfolio. By expanding its flagship billing system OPSC Gold with a fully-fledged CRM solution, Orga Systems will be able to address the main challenges of telecom operators with an integrated offer covering marketing, sales, billing and customer service needs. Therefore this partnership agreement is one further strategic step for Orga Systems to become a one-stop shop vendor for telecom operators.

OPSC Gold is a unique billing solution enabling truly convergent prepaid and postpaid charging. With this solution, operators can launch innovative pricing plans with flexible payment options while maintaining real-time credit control, and thus not only generating revenue, but also enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
