OSBORN Ez-Flex® utilizes a 100% non-metal construction to provide a top quality flexible strip brush that increases design flexibility for multible applications and offers several further advantages compared to common metal backed strips.

OSBORN Ez-Flex® are available as standard with Polyamide 6 (Nylon) filaments incorporated into a continuous flexible synthetic base with different trim length and base width. Moreover they can be produced with Polyamide 6.6, 6.12, Polypropylene or Polyester filaments on demand.

OSBORN Ez-Flex ® can be supplied in endless length storable in rolls or already cut to length as per individual request.

A flexible solution with many benefits:

- Easy installation: because of its flexibility, assembly and installation are much easier

- Greater design options: the ability to conform to contours and shapes provides variable and flexible options for construction and design

- Reduced weight: up to 40% lower weight compared to metal-backed strip brushes allow the use in weight-critical applications

- Gap-less, even density: compared to punched type strip brushes OSBORN Ez-Flex® guarantees a 100% gap-less filament distribution and even density

- Resistance against corrosion and chemicals: 100% synthetic as well as variable material selection avoid corrosion and improve the chemical resistance
