(openPR) - Dallas, Texas, USA — PMForum, Inc. announced today that Hubert Vaughan, Professor of project management at the Institute of International Engineering Project Management at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, has been named an international editorial advisor for the online eJournal PM World Today. In January 2007 the company announced the formation of the editorial advisory group, which now includes representatives from some of the world’s leading universities with graduate programs in project management.

Professor Hubert Vaughan is a graduate of Melbourne University in Australia, and has an MBA from York University in Canada. Currently he is a Professor at the Institute of International Engineering Project Management of Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He also teaches program and project management at the Graduate School of the China Academy of Science; the Software College of Beijing University of Astronautics and Aeronautics; the Software College of Nankai University, and the School of Software Engineering of the Harbin Institute of Technology.
Professor Vaughan also acts as consultant for numerous State Owned Organizations in China. He is currently a program consultant for the China Galileo Navigation Satellite Program, an Advisor to the Jiangsu Provincial Transportation Technology Institute on Project Management, a Program Management Consultant to the 2010 Shanghai Expo, and most recently the Program Planner for the First Aviation Institute of China. He has over 30 years of industrial experience as an engineer and executive with a number of major global technology companies, including IBM, DEC, Unisys, Tandem, Cable & Wireless, Bell Canada, ANZ Banking Group and Bank of Montreal.
