Press release from: Questrade Inc.

Questrade launches forex education initiative in response to surging interest in currency market trading
“When the loonie reached par with the U.S. dollar, we saw a tremendous upsurge of interest in foreign currency trading,” says Edward Kholodenko, President and CEO of Questrade. “In response, we set up these free sessions, so that new clients could gain a foundation in this market.”
Continues Kholodenko: “Financial education for Canadians is a core mission for Questrade. Forex is increasingly a part of the economic landscape, and so it is natural we deliver this valuable service to our clients.”
The sessions are led by Mark Leigh, who has been teaching currency trading since 1997. He is currently the head forex instructor for Online Trading Academy Canada and a forex institutional trading consultant.
The courses are available until February 29 for new forex clients. All details are available on Questrade.com.
