Marval accepted as G-Cloud 8 supplier for its service management software

Marval's IT Service Management (ITSM) Software as a Service (SaaS) solution, MSM, is listed on the United Kingdom's Government’s Crown Commercial Service latest procurement framework, G-Cloud 8.

Marval MSM, is certified as ITIL process compliant to gold level under the AXELOS ITIL Software Scheme and assessed by PinkVERIFY - to 15 processes. The product has been designed to support ITSM good practice frameworks and standards and newer methodologies and reference architecture such as DevOps and IT4IT.

G-Cloud, part of the UK government's Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, is a cross government programme that encourages the adoption of ICT Cloud Services into government departments, local authorities and the wider public sector. Its remit is to simplify how the public sector procures and delivers services by creating a digital marketplace of 'pay-as-you-go', subscription-based services that can be easily scaled up or down, based on the changing needs of an organisation and its users.
