Gartner evaluates and selects the new Cool Vendors in major technology areas and publishes reports featuring the ones that have proven to have innovative visions, products and technology.

The Cool Vendors in unified communications for 2016 support stronger employee engagement by collectively addressing the topical demands for high-quality user experiences, cost optimization and enhanced security. IT leaders and service providers should evaluate the vendors discussed in this research.
