Press release from: EXELA Limited

Sample of Science, a scholarly Open Access publication platform is partnering with Exeley, a newly incorporated publisher of scientific content that was officially launched on the 1st of June 2016. Sample of Science is widely known in the scholarly community for connecting academic and industrial individuals that require samples for their experiments in the fields of physics, chemistry and the material sciences. In cooperation with Exeley, Sample of Science aims to offer its researchers even more advanced technological solutions, changing the way scholarly samples are brought to the world.

Exeley specialises in Open Access publications and offers its clients expertise, best practices and unique software solutions. Exeley has developed their platform in cooperation with MPS Technologies and Aries Systems – two of the most important companies in the publishing industry. The technology brought by Exeley will transform the content delivered by Sample of Science, making it even more efficient and easily available for researchers.

“Our mission is to promote the diffusion of samples between scientists and across scholarly communities”, said Felix Evert, the Editor-in-Chief of Sample of Science. “Our idea was to create a space which would better serve the scientists in the era of the Internet and open access publications, thereby contributing to research development. We realize that today’s Open Access market has growing expectations when it comes to technology that publishers use. As a result we have decided to join Exeley, believing that this cooperation will be better able to answer the needs and requirements of our readers”.

Amongst some of the solutions provided by Exeley, scientists will be able to benefit from responsive webpage design, creation of live links and an article service, as well as from performance and statistical metrics that will allow them to track the development of their samples.
