TestingWhiz Ends Support for Community Version
New Jersey, CA – June 10, 2016 – TestingWhiz, a leading test automation solution providing company announced the end of support for TestingWhiz Community version from August 2016.TestingWhiz has been providing codeless test automation solution to global enterprises for quite some time. The solution has been available in two different versions, Enterprise and Community. While Enterprise version comes with all the premium features ideal for large scale test automation projects and teams, the community version provides basic features suitable for individual and novice testers to get started with test automation for free.
Although both the versions have been highly acclaimed by the respective groups of users in the market, the company in order to focus more towards enhancing its Enterprise version and serving its targeted group of customers better, decided to stop support for its Community version.
End of support means, TestingWhiz will no longer provide technical or usage-specific support to the Community version users. However, this doesn’t mean that the product will be unavailable in the market. Users can download the Community version from TestingWhiz’s website as well as reliable sources and continue to use it, but will no longer receive support in case of operational queries.
“The decision to end support for TestingWhiz Community version will help us direct our resources towards making the Enterprise version more robust and providing better services and support to its users, which are our target audience,” said Mr. Premal Dave – General Manager of TestingWhiz.
Users who require technical assistance for their test automation needs are recommended to upgrade to the Enterprise version if they are currently using Community version. This will ensure benefits of all the functional and operational enhancements, not to mention periodic upgrades and support for newer platforms.
