(openPR) - Intex Technologies (India) Ltd, ranked 104th out of 200 fastest growing IT companies in India (DataQuest, July, 2007), has introduced In-Car MP3/CD receiver as a substantial product-line extension of its recently launched In-Car Accessories range. The company debuted in this segment just a few months ago with Car Speakers and MP3 FM Modulators with an aim to widen excellence and leadership in its well established range of multimedia subwoofers/ speakers to other synergetic products.

Enthused with the initial response, Intex has now come up with EUP 104 – a high-end 1 DIN MP3/CD player for cars. It is amongst the very few models available in the market which are Blue Tooth enabled, have USB and MMC slots and 'any-button' start option. With this, a user could listen to his choice of music loaded not only on a CD/ MP3 but also on a Pen Drive, SD/MMC card and even his mobile phone. The total output measures around 50 X 4 W. Some of the other features enhancing user friendliness and adding value to the whole package are detachable panel, subwoofer output, dot matrix liquid crystal & ID3 tag display, WMA playability and folder/file search besides regular functions. The unit can play 30 preset FM/ AM channels, comes with a remote control and is priced at Rs. 10,000/- per unit.

As per the company spokesperson, Car Electronics (Audio/ Video) form a major part of In-Car Accessories segment. With increase in purchasing power and changes in consumer orientations, people are getting more inclined towards genuine products with official warranty. Intex, with its technologically advanced offerings in IT Hardware and Electronics products, available across India at competitive prices and backed with wide-spread service network, wishes to achieve the same recognition in this product group.
