(openPR) - BDMO, leading manufacturer of innovative Home Entertainment Packaging, started its own distribution in Germany.
Since many years, the Belgian-French BDMO group is represented on the German market and counts a good number of the most renowned companies among its clients. Due to its expansion, BDMO has taken the sales of its innovative services and products in its own hands since December 1st, 2007.
Maurice Hahn, an experienced specialist in the Home Entertainment business has taken on the responsibility servicing the German clients of BDMO. But Maurice Hahn’s role is designed as well to develop and to drive the businesses in the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland, i.e., building up a BDMO-structure in full for these territories. Initially, Maurice Hahn worked for Technicolor’s sales force in the German and Benelux territories. In the last five years, he served GZ’s (Prague) customers as sales director Western Europe.
BDMO CEO Geert Casselman considers the recruitment of Maurice Hahn as the important starting point of a new phase of expansion and the consequent step for his group of companies, driven by constant service improvements and direct contact opportunities for BDMO customers: “By its new distribution structure, BDMO wants to express and to strengthen its proximity to its clients, but especially offering a direct communication in the native language for easier and quicker collaboration. This is a first step by BDMO, further ones will follow shortly for various other European markets.“
BDMO S.A. is a specialised manufacturer of sophisticated packaging for the Home Entertainment industry and has as well a very strong standing in the business of manufacturing rigid boxes as the supplier of a good number of further industries, like, e.g., the famous Belgian chocolate manufactories and the beverage industry among others. Many Blue Chip companies and other customers in Europe are belonging to the customer portfolio of the BDMO S.A., which counts therefore among the leading European companies of its kind.
BDMO S.A. produces presently at two premises, one in Meulebeke, Belgium, the other in Le Mans, France. The high force of innovation for upgraded packaging solutions signifies BDMO S.A. adding value to products, which is decisive for purchase decisions.
