znt-Richter expands office in Penang

Relocation to larger premises - Inauguration of new premises parallel to Semicon Penang 2016

znt-Richter, a worldwide well established technology company and specialist of IT-systems for production optimization in industries like semiconductor, solar, medical device or electronics has expended into a new office in Penang, Malaysia. The new office is almost triple the size of the former facility and is centrally located in Bayan Baru, just 1 km away from the Spice Arena, where all major exhibitions in Penang take place.

The office expansion at Penang in Malaysia is part of the key business strategy of the znt-Richter Group, which is actively engaged in Asia since 2001: "With the significant growth of consultant resources in our offices, we plan to strengthen our local presence and win over new customers and share of market," said Bernhard Marsoner, CEO of znt Zentren für Neue Technologien GmbH.

With their in-house product, the Process Automation Controller (PAC), znt-Richter has already successfully established itself on the Asian market. PAC is a powerful open platform for vertical and horizontal integration of machinery and equipment into the enterprise IT architecture. On the one hand it relieves the systems in the Office Floor (as for example ERP-, MES-systems) of automation expiries typical for machines. On the other hand it transforms the protocols and semantics of all connected interfaces and provides for an intelligent aggregation, assortment and distribution of the extensive data from the Shop Floor.
