HEAD BREWER RECEIVES FIRST HONORARY CERTIFICATE FROM BUFFALO SKI CLUB

First “College of Beer Knowledge” awarded to Head Brewer Dave Johnson of Rusty Nickel Brewing Company

West Seneca, NY, April 8, 2016– Buffalo Ski Club will be at Rusty Nickel Brewing Company at 7:00 pm to award Head Brewer Dave Johnson with the first Adjunct Professor Certificate from “The College of Beer Knowledge”.

For decades, the instructors at the Buffalo Ski Club have continued their Wednesday night tradition of meeting followed by sharing of beers. This robust exchange of different beers created “The College of Beer Knowledge”.

“Our instructors at the Buffalo Ski Club are one of the most dedicated and talented skiers and snowboarders in the Northeast. With this talent together it was natural for us to want to know more about the beers we drank. Dave Johnson is the first of many local brewers we plan to invite to the BSC to share their craft and demystify the complexity of beer.” – Paul Enderle – BSC Snowboard Instructor

Buffalo’s craft beer movement is strong and Buffalo Ski Club is proud to support Buffalo’s local brewers. Knowing the origin, history, special ingredients and brewing process makes drinking a beer a savored experience.
