Silobreaker re-launches its flagship Network feature

With a new design and improved capabilities, Silobreaker’s Network is an essential tool for security and intelligence professionals.

SAN FRANCISCO, March 1 2016 – Silobreaker announced today, at the RSA Conference, the launch of a completely revamped Network tool that will offer its customers new and more advanced analytical features.

The Network, a signature feature of Silobreaker since its initial launch, has been redesigned and improved to meet new and emerging requirements for open source intelligence.

Silobreaker’s Network finds associations between entities in real-time, giving customers an immediate view of the pertinent connections between threat actors, companies, attack types, vulnerabilities and many other categories. Users can also work interactively with the new Network to explore subsets of connections or change the Network to address specific use-cases.

“Numerous providers supply tools that are good at fusing data, but most lack the ability to perform the in-depth analysis of big datasets needed to find many-to-many correlations,” notes Silobreaker CTO Per Lindh. “This leads to missed signals, and a low signal-to-noise ratio when analysing unstructured data. The new Network is designed and built to support more intuitive use across devices including iPads and tablets. Users will also benefit from a larger work canvas, faster performance and powerful visualisations of their watch-lists in the Network.

The Network is currently available as a beta-feature, allowing Silobreaker users to work with both the old and new versions, ensuring a seamless transition.
