(openPR) - Jephcott Associates was born out of the desire to provide an exceptional quality of service to address Candidates and Clients' demands for a better recruiting solution, one that far exceeds that normally found within the recruitment industry.
Based within the Thames Valley but able to recruit nationally, we are committed to building mutually rewarding, long term relationships with our Clients, Candidates, Associates, Colleagues, Suppliers and the Communities in which we work.
Jephcott Associates believe that recruitment is about making the right fit: by working closely with businesses we gain an in-depth knowledge of the Client's service, products, organisational structure, their style of operation and company culture, and detailed requirements of each specific position. We spend time ensuring that we get to know our Candidates with a full understanding of their personality, experience, skills and needs in detail. The personalities and ambitions of both our Clients and Candidates must be compatible if the working relationship is to succeed.
This personal, professional approach to both Clients and Candidates ensures that we will match the right person to the right job.
Experience matters. Whoever you deal with at Jephcott Associates will be an experienced recruitment professional. We do not employ trainees or pushy sales people; we have no need to and believe that our service to you would be diminished if we did. We do not sell people in to jobs or sell jobs to people as we know some of our competitors do. It has to be right for all parties involved. Our collective experience of working within varied established recruitment companies has taught us that a truly consultative approach benefits everybody in the long run.
Quality doesn’t mean expensive. For our Clients we are able to offer some of the *most competitive rates (as low as 10%) and longest rebate periods (upto 6 months) available within the UK recruitment industry today. We are able to do this because of the extensive screening and interview procedures we undertake prior to submitting Candidates for any role and the talent of our recruiters in understanding the exact requirements of both Candidate and Client alike. Because of this we have to be as sure of a good “match” as you do.
Our services are built around your needs. No two recruitment assignments are the same. Although similar roles within similar companies may share certain traits, factors such as industry sector, cultural dynamics, geographical location, timescales and budgets will all have a part to play in creating a recruitment challenge that is unique to your organisation. Jephcott Associates know that successful recruitment starts with listening to you the Client, ascertaining what your particular needs are and working with you to ensure a successful outcome. We offer a truly consultative, friendly yet professional approach and aim to forge working relationships with our Clients that last over the longer term, not just for the length of the assignment. To achieve this, we offer a bespoke service to our Clients that may include one or more of the following basic recruitment methods.
Database recruitment. Often referred to as “contingency” recruitment, this method provides a very cost effective option for when neither the nature of the vacancy or the timescale involved is particularly prohibitive. We are constantly utilising different marketing tactics to increase our database of relevant permanent & contract professionals. We register many new quality Candidates each month through internet advertising, press advertising, mailings, referral schemes and recommendations, strategic alliances and partnerships, networking and proactive resourcing methodologies. Through this marketing, we are able to instantly source relevant Candidates who are proactively looking for new career opportunities. We specifically target professionals who have sector experience, as many of our Clients require Candidates who have previously worked within their industry.
Advertised campaign. Recruiting the right people into key positions can be time-consuming and requires a dedicated approach. The right Candidate must not only possess all of the relevant skills, but also have the personality to fit seamlessly into the culture of your company. To ensure that these elements come together when placing Candidates in specialist roles, our advertised campaign method provides numerous benefits and most importantly, attracts exclusive Candidates unavailable from any database. An advertised campaign grants you the time to focus on your foremost responsibilities. We manage the recruitment process from start to finish, dealing with the advertising copy, booking the space and handling the response in a professional manner, reflecting your organisation’s values. Often this methodology will be employed on a retained basis due to the additional time and resources needed to complete such an assignment successfully.
Search & selection. When you are looking for a very senior or highly specialised Candidate, or simply when time is of paramount importance, our retained search and selection method may well be the most appropriate option. This method, commonly known as 'head hunting', is carefully tailored to provide you with a highly targeted, proactive approach that understands the importance of confidentiality and professional discretion. After agreeing the parameters of the search, we draw up a comprehensive brief before undertaking a detailed overview of the target institutions and teams. We utilise our extensive relationships and knowledge developed over many years of working within various markets in order to provide you with the most accurate market research reports. Having agreed the most appropriate individuals to target from the research report, we discreetly approach Candidates and interview as appropriate. At the end of a project we allow our Clients to retain this information as their own intellectual property.
