November 2, 2007 - Dallas, Texas — Parks Associates and CEA® announced today that Philippe Bornstein, founder and CEO of the French-based company Netineo, is bringing his expertise in interactive television and Internet video broadcasting to CONNECTIONS™ Europe.

CONNECTIONS™ Europe: Strategies for Digital Living Markets, produced by Parks Associates in partnership with CEA, is an executive conference and showcase to be held December 4-6, 2007, in Berlin, Germany, at the Adlon Kempinski.

Mr. Bornstein will participate on the panel “Television on Consumers’ Terms” on Wednesday, December 5, 11:30 a.m. Moderated by Kurt Scherf, Parks Associates’ vice president and principal analyst; this panel will identify and analyze the interactive features, content, and applications that will move television from a one-to-many to a one-to-one experience.

Netineo’s technology allows for Internet-based live broadcasting, time-delayed viewing, and video-on-demand. Netineo brings powerful solutions for conferences worldwide. Philippe Bornstein, an expert in digital telecommunications, also brings to CONNECTIONS™ Europe over 16 years of industry experience in industrial design, consulting, and entrepreneurialism. He founded Netineo in 2007 and is dedicated to pioneering applications for interactive live broadcasting on the Internet.

“Netineo is a revolution in television broadcasting,” explains Bornstein. “Using our virtual control room software, you have the power to create original programs in High Definition, broadcasting them live over the internet. In addition, you can design your channel, program your TV Guide, and provide simulcast and video-on-demand to unlimited internetphiles. With Netineo, you are able to express yourself like never before! I would like to thank Parks Associates and CEA® for allowing Netineo the opportunity to be a part of CONNECTIONS™ Europe.”

Netineo, a Silver Sponsor, will also broadcast the CONNECTIONS™ Europe conference online, so attendees can listen to different sessions during the event. “We decided to implement Netineo’s solution for attendees during the event and for others after the event,” says Elizabeth Parks, Vice President of Marketing at Parks Associates. “This service is the key to developing conferences like CONNECTIONS™ Europe, because it makes them available all around the world”.
