HAMBURG, GERMANY and ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN, U.S.A. (October 18, 2007) -- Daniel Denison, professor of Management and Organization at IMD, in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Thomas (Tom) Landschof, global strategy consultant for Strategic Networks and Strategic Networking, based in Hamburg, Germany, have formed a unique global alliance.
Denison and Landschof have begun working together to serve clients in Germany, as well as worldwide. Landschof will serve as the primary representative for Denison Consulting in Germany, and will partner with Denison on future global projects and initiatives.
Denison has developed what many regard as the world’s best organizational and leadership diagnostic tools. These methodologies feature employee surveys that have been used by more than 4,000 organizations worldwide. The surveys ensure accountability in the change process, enabling individuals and organizations to track and monitor their progress toward desired improvement goals.
As an internationally known strategy consultant, Landschof has more than 30 years of experience in Europe, the United States and the Asia-Pacific region. He also has authored a number of business books. Landschof has served major corporations and leading consultancies, including: Johnson Controls, Inc.; Philip Morris; Ernst & Young LLP, London; and Price WaterhouseCoopers.
