“Jade is a Texas jewel. He lives and works in the Southwest and maintains a high profile in New York and Los Angeles. He represents a level of professionalism that inspires all performers. I’m proud to have him on the cover of our premiere issue,” states publisher Mary Robinson.
A prolific actor in film and television, Estrada has appeared on “30 Rock” (NBC), “Friday Night Lights” (NBC), “The Graham Norton Effect” (Comedy Central), “In the Life TV” (PBS) and his music can be heard on the Golden Globe and Emmy award-winning police drama “The Shield” (FX).
The former Charo choreographer and scratch vocalist for the Back Street Boys was the guest speaker for Hispanic Heritage Month at MTV Networks in September.
Estrada was the featured artist for the October edition of IAD Radio and Tejano Magazine.
“Estrada is not an icon by accident,” raves Nicholas Snow of Notes from Hollywood. “Estrada is exquisite,” raves Out Magazine. The San Antonio Express-News calls him a “showbiz messiah.” The Advocate calls him “the first gay Latin star.” The Topeka Capital-Journal calls him “one of the finest American solo theatre artists of the 21st century.” The Dallas Morning News calls him “funny and irreverent.”
Estrada has been known for his highly acclaimed solo theatre shows including “Tortilla Heaven” and “ICONS: The Lesbian and Gay History of the World, Vol. 1.” His recent production of “Pico de Gallo” has won praise from critics across the United States.
Estrada stars in the upcoming feature films, “Crosshairs,” “Callous,” and “LHO-63.”
Estrada was photographed by Guillermo Velez of White Light Studios.

Comments about openPR
OpenPR ist the nicest and most clearly laid out PR platform I have seen to this day. The press releases are displayed very nicely and clearly and without any unnecessary frills.
The updates are fast and the finished release looks appealing and is clearly legible.
Even with 16 years of experience one discovers new things from time to time.
Congratulations!
