AAPEX 2007 Show in Las Vegas, Nevada to Have an Environmental Product Area
Press release from: K&N Engineering, Inc.
(openPR) - The AAPEX (Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo) 2007 Show will be hosted by the Sands Expo Center October 30st through November 1st in Las Vegas, Nevada. K&N Engineering, Inc. will be in booth 2871 with their latest automotive air and oil filter products.
“AAPEX is an important opportunity to showcase K&N products to auto parts professionals that are focused on replacement parts for retail sales as well as commercial sales to automotive service providers. We are focused on educating people about K&N and why they might choose to partner with us,” said Tim Martin, K&N Vice President of Communications.
“Some AAPEX attendees do not attend SEMA, so we feel that there is benefit from participating in both shows. K&N’s AAPEX display is similar to the one at the SEMA show, but on a smaller scale without all of the technology displays. Attending two of the largest trade shows of the year at the same time is a challenge, but we have a great team that pulls together to make it happen,” said Martin.
“K&N lifetime air filters will also be showcased in the AAPEX Green Zone, which is a new display area featuring environmentally responsible products,” said Martin. “K&N cotton air filters are washable and reusable and are a good alternative to disposable air filters.” The AAPEX Green Zone will be located in the Venetian Hotel Ballroom that adjoins the Sands Expo Center.
K&N is also supporting the Drive Around the World Organization in planning a 2008 expedition to the South Pole using vehicles powered by alternative fuels. The goals of the project are to demonstrate that alternative fuels are viable, that the scientific and geographic research in the pole regions should expand, and the importance of climate change. The K&N AAPEX booth will have a heavily modified Zero South tracked expedition vehicle that is planned to reach the South Pole using K&N filters.
It takes a great deal of resources to plan and execute these shows, but K&N is very committed to the automotive industry and its growth. SEMA and AAPEX are a unique opportunity to interact with our distributers and retailers. It is an opportunity to educate people and also an opportunity to learn.

Your portal is fast, simple, and easy to use. Others may have more functions but they also demand more editing time, you have to preformat the text in order to achieve a good result etc.
