Mox gets involved with police aid fund „Grüner Stern“

Press release from: Mox Telecom Group
(openPR) - MoxPrivat now introduced at the Berlin police - Parts of revenues go to victims of outrages

Ratingen, 2007-10-23 - Mox Telecom AG gets involved charitably. Since the beginning of October the Telecommunication company from Ratingen has been supporting the “Grüner Stern”.

The association „Grüner Stern“ is a charitable police aid fund giving financial support to policewomen and policemen and their families who are in need due to accidents or deaths caused by bullet wounds, stab injuries or car accidents. The “Grüner Stern” focuses its work mainly on Greater Berlin.

Since October 1st private phone calls are only made with calling cards in Berlin’s police stations. Beforehand Mox has been able to provide the Berlin police with specific calling cards. As a token of esteem Mox will financially support the association “Grüner Stern” for every card which will be activated by employees of Berlin’s police station.

The financial support, however, does not end with the activation of the card. Mox Telecom AG will donate a certain amount of money to the “Grüner Stern” for every recharged calling card. Thus, Mox Telecom AG is the first and so far only company supporting victims of such accidents financially.
