Going forward SorTech will support a knowledge network between its young talents and the broad public. Consisting of the divisions of advance development, product development, product management and marketing, complex issues, questions and suggestions will be interactively discussed and communicated. To facilitate the required education and information, the action plan calls for conferences, workshops and intensive training, complimented by high-caliber lectures.
Norbert Philipp, CEO of SorTech AG and the project’s initiator, is known for his engaged promotion initiative within the professional realm and stands behind his young talents one hundred percent. “The combined knowledge concentrated within the ‘Young Experts‘ initiative commands a magnificent competency to negotiate tasks at hand”, according to the SorTech CEO. For Norbert Philipp the young talent represents a new category of SorTech’s company philosophy and he intends to provide his young employees with a chance for progressive and continuous development. It is his goal to combine the company’s strategy-oriented promotion of young employees with their individual career planning. “The promotion of the employees is an important building block for sustainable success of an enterprise and the safeguarding of its future”, says Norbert Philipp.

SorTech AG has been a developer and manufacturer for more than ten years of energy efficient and very high-output chillers for low and medium cooling requirements. Cold is not generated with electric power but low-temperature excess heat and thus curbs both operating costs and worldwide CO2 emissions.
Adsorption chillers – in combination with solar-thermal systems, local and district heating station, CHPs and industrial waste heat – are ideally suited for cooling, technical processes as well as single- and multi-family dwellings. More than 600 SorTech systems are already operational worldwide.
