Simplifile and InfiniTec contract to integrate systems and cooperatively market resulting eRecording services to InfiniTec-enabled counties and thousands of Simplifile “submitter” customers nationwide.

KANSAS – October 15, 2007 - Working to provide their mutual customers with industry-leading eRecording services, Simplifile and Kansas-based InfiniTec today announced that they have formed a strategic alliance for the purpose of integrating and cooperatively marketing Simplifile eRecording and InfiniTec electronic filing and document retrieval systems.

The alliance calls for the two companies to first complete the seamless integration of their respective eRecording and document archiving systems, allowing documents electronically filed by Simplifile “submitter” customers such as title companies, law offices and banks to be received, reviewed, recorded and returned to those same submitters by counties running InfiniTec systems. The accord also provides for Simplifile and InfiniTec to cooperatively market the alliance and resulting services to their mutual customers, including Simplifile submitters and InfiniTec counties throughout the state of Kansas.

“Simplifile has chosen to deploy a partner approach to building a nationwide eRecording network that services both document submitters and county recording jurisdictions,” said Paul Clifford, President of Simplifile. “We are thrilled to welcome InfiniTec into our alliance partner program. InfiniTec provides world-class county government indexing services, and we look forward to offering the many advantages of Simplifile eRecording Services to the submitter customers served by InfiniTec-enabled recording jurisdictions.”

More than a trend in land record document submission—eRecording is a government priority at federal, state and county levels across the country. eRecording is the process of submitting, receiving, and processing, via a secure Internet site, documents for recording that have traditionally been delivered to the county for recording by runner, express mail, or courier service. eRecording offers thousands of submitters nationwide filing documents into over 300 eRecording-enabled counties the ability to simplify, accelerate and enhance all aspects of the recording process.

“Simplifile is a driving force in the eRecording industry,” said Doug Rozean, InfiniTec President/CEO. “We are excited about this partnership and look forward to providing customers with eRecording solutions designed to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of their offices.”

Individuals and organizations that do business with Simplifile and InfiniTec can contact the two companies directly for information on how they can benefit from this strategic alliance.

“Simplifile” is a registered service mark of Simplifile, LC.
