Jürgen Barthauer and Anis Saad, managing partners of Barthauer Software GmbH, are strategically expanding the development potential of their operations with the founding of Barthauer Consulting International GmbH. Unified under the umbrella of the Barthauer Group, the midsize corporate group stands for the successful and efficient use of IT solutions in the field of infrastructure management.

The 25-year company history of Barthauer Software GmbH is defined by numerous milestones in its continuous further development: In the past years and decades BARTHAUER has set standards, established a network of partners for geographical proximity to its customers and entered into strategic partnerships and cooperation agreements. With the founding of Barthauer Consulting International GmbH, graduate engineer Jürgen Barthauer together with informatics graduate Anis Saad is expanding the existing company under the common umbrella of the Barthauer Group. Both are thereby making an effective contribution to solidifying the market position.

The company’s leading products are the database-driven network information system BaSYS and the modular Geoobjects Design Studio GeoDS for the creation of individual information systems. “Changing environmental and technology influences that favour networked systems with mutual correlation in fields such as software engineering for infrastructure facilities, the economically driven networking of systems due to interdependencies and politically driven networking based on the ongoing propagation of internationally applicable standards are market requirements which we are now in a position to meet with the founding of Barthauer Consulting International GmbH. This is a logical step in the further development of our operations,” says Jürgen Barthauer, explaining the reasons for expanding the company.
Compared to Barthauer Software GmbH, Barthauer Consulting International GmbH is a service provider supporting the successful and efficient use of IT solutions in the field of infrastructure management by municipalities and industrial clients. “Thanks to the language skills of our employees, the planning and processing of large infrastructure projects of any magnitude along with process consulting are now also possible worldwide,” Barthauer says.
Depending on the development state of the respective target market, Barthauer Consulting International GmbH also pursues regionally adapted capacity management: a process to determine and plan the required IT resources through the direct transfer of know-how on site. “Our goal is to develop the local market, for example through the adaptation and implementation of technical sets of standards or training programmes for best practice solutions, elevating it to a professional level and strengthening it for further developments,” Barthauer explains.

With the founding of Barthauer Consulting International GmbH under the umbrella of the Barthauer Group, Jürgen Barthauer and Anis Saad are doing more than making an important contribution to solidifying the market position. They are also optimising the service portfolio and strengthening the international image. Barthauer sums it up: “Mr. Saad, our employees and I will master the challenges of diversification and increasing internationalisation with the Barthauer Group, consistently pursuing our growth.”
