Zurich, 25 May 2015. BRAINFORCE expands to the Baltic Region and strengthens also its business activities between Russia and Western Europe. Mrs. Alla Tulia, previously Brainforce Country Representative in Moscow leads the newly established Branch Office in Estonia’s Capital Tallinn. Mrs. Elena Groshkova moves from the Swiss Business Hub Russia, part of Switzerland Global Enterprise in Russia, to Brainforce and takes on the responsibility of its Director “Russian Desk”. Mrs. Elena Groshkova has got more than 20 years’ experience in business development, project management, company start-ups and HR Management in various sectors in Russia as well as in location promotion activity for Switzerland.
Mrs. Elena Grohskova is filling another key position at BRAINFORCE, the leading provider of Interim Management Services and Expert Solutions (E.X.P.E.R.T.3-Solutions®). She heads the BRAINFORCE Center of Excellence for the siting of Russian SMEs in Switzerland and in other Western European countries.
Mrs. Elena Grohskova has been Director of Location Promotion Switzerland Russia for Switzerland Global Enterprise within last 9 years. In this function she has motivated numerous Russian SMEs to establish subsidiaries in Switzerland.
After receiving her M.A. from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, she had three years of telecom experience at the OAO ‘Rostelecom’, then she moved into the furniture and lighting appliances industry. Here, she opened up the market in Russia for Italian top brand furniture and lighting systems. Subsequently, she was appointed as the Senior Operations Manager at a Foreign Language Institute in Moscow. Furthermore, she was Executive Director and HR Director of the Russian automotive spare parts distributor company.
In parallel to the establishment of the “Russian Desk”, BRAINFORCE expands into the increasingly attractive economies of the Baltic Region. Mrs. Alla Tulina, who has been representing BRAINFORCE in Moscow for the past five years, heads the newly established Branch Office in Estonia’s Capital Tallinn. She will continue to be in charge of the M.A.S.T.E.R.3-Pool® Management for Eastern Europe and the Russian Federation.
