Conigma CCM
Conigma™ CCM allows customers to define and enforce standardized, unified, audit-proof and well-documented processes for incident-, change-, release- and configuration management of SAP solutions being used by developers, consul-tants and implementation partners. Conigma CCM also supports synchronizing development and operational processes independent of technologies used (ABAP™, JAVA) and manage transports of SAP data across an advanced sys-tem landscape with many instances of SAP applications in use. Powerful report-ing functionalities help ensure a consistent view about the current status and progress of business requests, change orders, releases planned and many other aspects, helping to guarantee a complete and current overview of all activities within an SAP solution-based environment at any time.
Conigma FlightRecorder
Conigma™ FlightRecorder stores all SAP® relevant end user transactions in a temporary directory on the front-end PC. The program running in the background oversees, filters and categorizes the user actions being performed. Appropriate intervals for the creation of screenshots are ascertained auto¬mati-cally, on the basis of activity analysis during the SAP® session in use at the time, and they are evaluated according to relevance by means of a points system. These screenshots are automatically augmented by the Conigma™ FlightRecorder with valuable contextual information such as system fields. When the end user wishes to create a ticket for the IT help-desk, he chooses from the screenshots presented in the Snapshot Organizer of the Conigma™ FlightRecorders the screenshot sequence which was created by the program at the time the problem appeared. The SAP® end user can send these screen¬shots to the help-desk on a selective basis as a textual description of the problem.
