eWandzDigital co-founder and CEO Preeta Chandran won the ET Inspiring Women Leaders 2023 for eLearning and knowledge management leadership. Preeta received the award with 49 other women leaders including Arjuna and Padma Shri award winner and athlete Deepa Malik, Chinu Kala of Rubans Accessories, etc. The awards were handed out by actor Vidya Balan.
A remarkable gathering of influential people and thought leaders from diverse backgrounds convened at the event to discuss and contemplate the most crucial challenges confronting contemporary women. Stalwarts like Shri Gaur Gopal Das, Smriti Irani, and Vidya Balan graced the even and were part of the discussions. The talks were distinguished by a remarkable degree of frankness and sincerity, with businesspeople and orators representing different sectors recognizing the considerable advancements that women have achieved in the present era.
Preeta Chandran is CEO and co-founder at eWandzDigital and a former Operations Leader with global conglomerate Genpact. She is a digital learning and knowledge management evangelist with 20+ years of experience spanning across Operations, L&D, and Technology. She is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Design Thinking Practitioner. Preeta is also a widely published poet, nationally and internationally.
