Low temperature resistant seamless steel pipe is a steel pipe product used in special environments. The main requirement is that the finished steel pipe has good impact toughness in a low temperature environment (usually below -45°C). Features of low temperature steel pipes:
Low temperature steel pipe is a kind of steel with special properties. It is developed on the basis of carbon structural steel. Due to its unique corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties, it is mainly used for petroleum, chemical and other equipment pipelines and Accessories. The low-temperature steel pipe is a medium-carbon structural steel. It can be used in both cold and hot temperatures and low-temperature steel pipes. It has good mechanical properties, low prices, and wide sources, so it is widely used. Its biggest weakness is low hardenability, and it is not suitable for workpieces with large cross-sectional dimensions and relatively high requirements.

PMC low temperature resistant seamless pipe, using low-sulfur, low-phosphorus, high-purity steel and calcification treatment, can effectively reduce the low-temperature brittleness of the steel and improve the impact toughness of the product. The use environment of low temperature steel pipe:
A333 and A334 low-temperature resistant pipes are mainly used for -45℃~-195℃ low-temperature pressure vessel pipes and low-temperature heat exchanger pipes, and can also be used for fluid transportation pipes in low-temperature environments. The API 5CT low temperature resistant oil casing is mainly used for oil well production in extremely cold regions.
