EUserv is seeking volunteers for participation in development program for VPS
EUserv - Hosting, Domain-Registration and Server
The hosting and server provider EUserv (euserv.com) is currently seeking volunteers for its VPS services. Under the project name "VPS Trial" EUserv offers the opportunity to test a VPS for 12 months with no monthly costs and hopes in return a lot of feedback from users for further improvements.
Volunteers over 18 years with basic knowledge of servers and Linux as operating system, are allowed to participate. The program participation is only possible via a coupon code that is available either through existing EUserv customers, in the EUserv forum as well as in selected forums (including Providerliste, Hoohost, Webhostlist, Taunusblogger, Hostsuche).
The program "VPS Trial" provides a virtualized server with one CPU core, 1.5 GB RAM and 10GB hard drive. The server is connected with 100Mbit/s without traffic limitation. Various Linux operating systems are available.
The aim of the program is to get valuable feedback from the testers about the operation and use of the VPS to make further improvements to the fee-based services. The tester thereby play an important role in the development process of the VPS.
Testers who are satisfied and like the VPS of EUserv have the opportunity to opt out of the program "VPS Trial" and convert, without losing data, in a regular charged VPS plan with more features.
Monthly costs for participation in the program do not exist. There is a one time activation fee of 2.38 EUR.
