SparkLAN Announces new 802.11ac dual band half sized mini card
Taipei, Taiwan – Sep 17, 2014 -- SparkLAN Communications, Inc., a broadband wireless networking solution provider ships wireless 802.11ac/b/g/n Dual-Band (2.4GHz / 5GHz) PCI Express module, which is embedded with Realtek RTL8812AE chipset, providing reliable and feature-rich wireless connectivity.SparkLAN WPET-232ACN is a wireless 802.11ac/b/g/n PCI Express module based on Realtek RTL8812AE chipset. With advanced 2T2R (2-stream) MIMO technology, it delivers reliable wireless PHY data rate up to 867Mbps to shorten transmission time significantly with higher speed.
By supporting 64/128-bits WEP, WPA, WPA2, 802.1x and WPS encryption, WPET-232ACN PCI Express module helps protect data and privacy during the transmission without sacrificing the performance. It’s the ideal choice for applications that requires stable link quality, wide coverage, and security, such as industrial computers, medical devices, or consumer electronics. Moreover, it reduces power usage by integrating Realtek Advanced Configuration Power management Interface (ACPI). Driver is available for Windows, Linux and Android by request.
