While the version has no limitations technically, the license is good for companies with up to ten regular Dynamics Client licenses. This buys an attractive price point of € 3000 or US-$ 4310 and opens up the internet as a sales channel and interactive platform for small business company.
With this Internet solution for Microsoft Dynamics, partners and customers can build and operated B2C shops and B2B portals with very little effort. With the very popular freeware content management system DotNetNuke integrated in the product, IT IS activigence Web Extensions Entrepreneur bridges the business system into the Internet. This means that build fully featured Web 2.0 sites with content from the internal business application is real now.
IT IS activigence Web Extensions Entrepreneur (WEE) has everything built in that is necessary to shop on the internet or have portals for vendors, customers, and partners. The role based concept let you adjust to the needs of the person logged on, or for public, if no one has entered its personal information. Setup through Web parts eliminates programming by enlarge making web extensions project fast and flexible to setup. Usually, a basic web project with full ERP integration is up and running within a few days. A powerful mail engine helps getting the process of fulfilment delivered to the WE users. There are two payment providers included which are PayPal and Paysolutions. The user could auto create Cross Selling lists based on actual posted invoices and top sellers lists to promote items. This is the price for the small business solution measured by the number of regular Dynamics clients. The web solution itself is not limited license wise on the number of web users. As additional licence from Microsoft, you need the Granule Pack, that sells for around U$-$ 750 or EUR 500 by Microsoft. The web-facing front end uses the Windows Server 2003 web edition that currently cost around EUR 400 or $500. However, you can host the solution with anyone that provides Windows Server hosting.
IT IS activigence Web Extensions Entrepreneur is exclusively distributed by over 50 IT IS Software Partners worldwide. These partners pass special trainings for this solution, in which they learn from the developers the implementation and usage of the solution as well as the customizing to the different customer requirements.
