(openPR) - On Thursday, Sep. 27th 2007, there will be the long awaited next race on MyControl Speedway in the Open Class Category.
Team Pixel Props, a steadfast bastion of traditional British racing, has thrown down the gauntlet to take over predominance on the asphalt from undefeated Team RedLine Racing.
During the training sessions Caine Beresford (Rank 5) closed up to his teammate Peldon Cordeaux (Rank 3), pushing the crossbar to an unseen level of mastership.
RedLiners have thereupon increased their pensum of trainigs to make a stand against the challengers. This led Mishi Rossini (Rank 7) to improve his best lap after 2 months of stagnation, while all-time legend Yetrates Bates (Rank 1) is looking forward to an exciting competition with the least doubts about her team's performance.
The absence of Wilton Beaumont from Team TXT 777 League Racers (Rank 4) in the upcoming race is broadly bewailed by the other teams, though some speakers could not hide a touch of relieve in their voices.
But there's another danger lurking in the shadow of the big teams: private driver Kandy Tomorrow (Rank 2). She has made her way up to the very top commonly unnoticed and has all means to thwart the mainstream.
The race on MyControl Speedway will be open for all drivers and vehicles, no limitations or fees apply. There will be 6 places in the starting grid, given to the 6 best qualifiers.
The total prize money of $L4,000, sponsored by PLUSX.de, will be divided among all finishing drivers.

MyControl Speedway is a motorsport race track in Second Life. Between the offical racing events the track is open for public use, drivers' trainings and for building and improving SL vehicles.
