Parsippany, New Jersey – January 10, 2006 – Anacomp, Inc., a global provider of Multi-Vendor Services supplying vendor-neutral support of storage equipment, network devices, specialty systems and peripherals, announced today the expansion of it’s partnership with Reldata. Reldata Inc. is an innovative, leading supplier of unified IP SAN/NAS storage gateway appliances for enterprise-wide storage over IP solutions in the areas of open storage consolidation, FC SAN extension, remote backup and disaster recovery. In May 2005, Anacomp began providing field service support to Reldata’s European customers, including comprehensive, round-the-clock remote support and on-site maintenance services for Reldata products. Reldata decided to expand this partnership to the U.S.A. because of the high level of professionalism and customer service excellence its European clients are receiving. With the new agreement in place, Reldata and Anacomp will now collectively support Reldata end users in both the U.S.A. and Europe.

As a mission-critical component of clients’ storage infrastructure, it is crucial for Reldata to guarantee that Reldata IP Storage Gateway solutions are supported by a first-class, comprehensive and competent service network. Anacomp field engineers in the U.S. and in Europe completed extensive training at both Reldata and Anacomp training facilities in diagnosing, analyzing and resolving functionality issues of the Reldata IP Storage Gateway appliance. The partnership provides 24-by-7 help-desk support, call tracking services, RMA processing, on-site service, and specifies minimum service response times.
