Soeleish Phoenix Magazine Announces "Ashley Jahner" as January 2023 Cover Feature .
Meet Ashley Jahner Owner / Founder of DEFINE Pilates. After working in plastic surgery for over six years, Ashley decided to retire her dansko's for toe socks. It was time to take the leap and change their career path in order to have a better work-life balance for her future family. Once certified in 2014 through Pilates Sports Center, Ashley continued her education within the Pilates community receiving her certification in the Lagree Method, and became a Master Teacher in 2017. Ashley's background has allowed her to create classes that have helped countless people transform themselves. In 2021 after having her second baby, Ashley decided it was time to open her own studio where everybody is embraced to become the very best, both physically and mentally. DEFINE Pilates is a place where teachers and members feel compelled to grow and challenge themselves.
