Aurigo establishes a dedicated and centralized Sales Enablement function in Bangalore, India

May 15th, 2012 - Aurigo Software Technologies Inc today announced that it has established a dedicated & centralized Sales Enablement function in Bangalore to support its global Sales & Marketing program. Mr. Nitin Date, who has been with Aurigo for over two (2) years, will take over as Director, Sales Enablement and will lead this function. He will hire, train and develop a team of professionals to cater to the needs of Sales & Marketing support including lead generation, qualification and prospecting. This new function is expected to fuel the growth of Aurigo’s business in North America and Globally. It will also generate new jobs in Bangalore, India.

Mr. Date comes with over 5 years of experience in technology sales across industry verticals such as BFSI, Retail, Construction, IT Services, etc. He joined Aurigo as Regional Sales Manager in 2010 and his role has expanded ever since. Before joining Aurigo, Nitin has worked with IBM and The Times of India Group in Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain roles. IBM gave him the right mix of technology understanding and sales & marketing skills to spearhead this new initiative at Aurigo. He is an MBA and a Computer Engineer by qualification.
