Signature Capturing with Olivetti Graphos Kit

Signature Capturing with Olivetti Graphos Kit

Olivetti is demonstrating its solution portfolio in the E-Signing booth area in hall 3 at the stands of its partners Wacom (E29) and Softpro (D30). The document management specialists from Italy will be sharing their expertise based on many successful E-Signing Projects completed in recent months.

Two years ago Olivetti received broad attention at CeBIT when showing its Olipad Graphos in the Softpro booth. The Olipad Graphos was the world's first 8-inch Android tablet with a special pen that leverages Wacom's electromagnetic capturing technology for precise input .This year Olivetti arrives with a bunch of success stories about the fast adoption of e-Signing in many industries and perhaps some new surprises.

Softpro Partner Olivetti provides customers with a fully integrated solution to create Advanced Electronic Signatures, based on handwritten signatures and their biometric characteristics. Capturing and Managing Signatures in Olivetti E-Signing Solutions is based on Softpro products SignWare SDK, SignDoc SDK and SignDoc Web. Softpro product features are also leveraged for verification and validation of signatures, compared with the signature references given by the signatories.

The joint solution is compliant with the EU legal framework as well as with most of regulations in other countries across the world.

Olivetti E-Signature Solutions have a particular focus on “ab origine” digitization of contracts, i.e. documents that should be signed and should have a strong legal value according to the regulations in a particular country and/or industry.
Documents can be signed either on mobile devices (running on both Android and Windows; in both on-line and off-line scenarios) or on fixed devices (e.g. a signature pad with 5” screen or an interactive pen display with 10” screen which allows to display a document in full for review by the signatory).

Olivetti is worldwide market leader in banks specialized teller devices and is worldwide present with a large partner and reseller network.
