(openPR) - DALLAS – For the fifth consecutive year, Daniel Sheehan has earned a spot on the prestigious Texas Super Lawyers listing.
Mr. Sheehan, founder of Dallas’ Daniel Sheehan & Associates, LLP, is listed among the state’s top professional liability attorneys in the October 2007 issue of Texas Monthly magazine and Texas Super Lawyers magazine, a publication co-produced by the publishers of Texas Monthly and Law & Politics Media Inc.
Earlier this year, approximately 70,000 attorneys across Texas were asked to nominate the state’s best attorneys based on first-hand knowledge of their peers’ legal abilities. Rigorous screening by a blue-ribbon panel representing more than 50 practice areas was followed by a confirmation process handled by a group of researchers from Law & Politics Media. The final Texas Super Lawyers list is made up of fewer than five percent of all Texas lawyers.
Recognition is nothing new for Mr. Sheehan, who has been named to the Super Lawyers list each year it has been published. In the past two years, he has been named to Lawdragon’s listings of the 500 Leading Plaintiffs’ Lawyers in America and the 500 Leading Lawyers in America.
Mr. Sheehan’s awards and honors are backed up by his success in the courtroom. Over the past few years, Mr. Sheehan has resolved seven major legal malpractice cases, collecting more than $23 million for his clients. Additionally, he has obtained more than a dozen seven-figure verdicts in various business litigation cases.
