(openPR) - Over the past decade, tremendous resources have been dedicated to hydrogen and fuel cell technology improvement and commercialization. In this national and international endeavor, government agencies play an important role as driving forces. In fact, an increasing number of government organizations serve as early adopters or customers for hydrogen and fuel cells, accumulating valuable experiences in materializing our national vision of implementing clean fuels. The US Department of Defense (DOD) is taking a lead in this regard.
To share the experiences, understand relevant criterion, and explore the business opportunities that DOD can provide, National Hydrogen Association (NHA) is hosting a special Topical Forum: Hydrogen Uses in the Military. The Forum takes place on October 2-4, 2007 in Columbia, South Carolina. The Forum will provide a unique opportunity for those that are involved in the hydrogen and fuel cell business to explore how market transition for hydrogen and fuel cell technologies can take place with DOD and other agencies as early adopters.
The NHA Hydrogen Uses in the Military Topical Forum is also designed to initiate a dialogue with a broad audience, providing an interactive venue with government and industry representatives working side-by-side to discuss needs and challenges of early market transition.
We are inviting and encouraging you to join this Topical Forum and expecting you will find it valuable to your business development and your understanding of hydrogen and fuel cell technology commercialization. There are several ways to get involved: as a sponsor, exhibitor, interactive participant, or all three. More information can be found at www.hydrogenforums.org/07Military.
