KTS Systeme presents the new Bluetooth RFID Reader – wireless and waterproof after IP67
„The new Bluetooth RFID Reader – fully waterproof according to the IP67 Standard – enables a wide range of new RFID applications in a very demanding environment.“ says Dr. Gregor Kotyrba, Managing Director of KTS GmbH.
Thus, the use in dusty, wet or dirty environments is no obstacle for the Bluetooth Reader. The disinfectant resistance of BTR1356 allows the use in the healthcare segment, while the built-in ferrite bar antenna ensures accurate scanning and reading of small transponders.
The built-in memory of 2GB to 32GB allows - even in the smallest (2GB) variant – the storing over 1,000,000 scans, which are than displayed on the power saving Electronic Paper Display. The wireless data transmission provides automatic updating of the read data set with the database.
Gerd Niedernhuber, Managing Director of KTS GmbH is convinced: "The extra-long battery life and the inductive charging according to the Qi standard underline the innovative character of the Bluetooth RFID Reader as a strong enhancement of our portfolio."
