SAN DIEGO, CA - (September 23, 2013) – Michael Management Corporation, a leader of award-winning SAP training solutions, is pleased to announce its feature in Training Magazine. The article focuses on results from Michael Management Corporation’s 2013 annual SAP training survey, the largest independent survey of SAP professionals based on 1,172 responses.

Michael Management Corporation’s survey captured the experiences and expectations of SAP professionals with regards to SAP training. Specifically, one of the most significant findings of the survey is the trend away from traditional classroom training to online delivery methods. In fact, 60 percent of SAP professionals prefer to receive their SAP training online.

In addition, the survey also highlights the need for more comprehensive corporate training programs, as 46 percent of respondents admitted they had not received enough training to perform their job duties. Further, 61 percent of respondents received little to no training over the last 12 months. The primary reasons cited for this lack of training are limited time and insufficient training budgets.

Still, there is good news for SAP training: respondents agree that additional SAP certification would benefit them professionally through promotion potential, higher salaries and increased job security.
