Following Pope Francis' recent insult against NATO in which the Pontifex adopted the content and words of Russian propaganda, all Catholic priests loyal to the Vatican have been expelled from the Republic of Rhodesia. They have 48 hours to leave all autonomous Rhodesian regions worldwide, according to an executive order by President Col. B.G. Harper.

In parallel, the office of Vice President Stefan Schmidt-Louw announced the Republic of Rhodesia would from now on only recognize retired Pope Benedict XVI as the legitimate ruler of the Vatican and head of all Catolics. "I directed my Chief of Staff late Thursday night (at about 11pm local time) to communicate this decision to the Vatican as well as to all of our foreign missions." In addition, Schmidt-Louw said Catholics must be prepared for longer processing times and questioning when applying for visas to the Rhodesian autonomous territories (just over 30,000 square kilometers on four continents, mostly in Africa).

The priest positions now vacant would be staffed with local Protestant personnel respecting Catholic traditions, until the so-called "Pope" Francis will leave office or "find his political senses wherever he has lost them".

Not affected by the delays is the citizenship system. "All applications will continue to be processed equally expeditiously," Vice President Schmidt-Louw said. He told the press that he instructed the Department of Homeland Security to continue treating Catholics normally in this field of administration. At the same time, the Vice President noted that the Department of Education has been instructed to adjust the curricula of religious studies at all Rhodesian schools accordingly.

"We have been suspicious of Francis anyway due to his authoritarian socialist past. Now, however, one wonders what the Russian leadership must have in their poison cabinet against Franziskus that he parrots Russian propaganda like a circus clown", the Vice President added.

The Republic of Rhodesia has been established in March 1980 by Rhodesians of European descent who did not accept the so called Lancaster House agreement which turned territorial Rhodesia into Zimbabwe. First a government-in-exile, the second republic has become the exclusive authority in settlements and autonomous territories on four continents, as large as the Kingdom of Belgium, in the past four decades.
