Join Ballin 4 Peace on Saturday, May 7th for a Charity Basketball Game at Texas Southern University in an effort to give back.
Ballin 4 Peace is excited to host its 6th Annual Charity Basketball Game on the campus of Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas on Saturday, May 7th (11:00 - 8:00 pm) with festivities including a free youth basketball clinic, a youth game, Slam Dunk contest, 3-Point contest, and a Celebrity Basketball game.
Sponsored by Wooter Apparel, JUNK Brand Headbands, and Real Fans Real Talk, the Ballin 4 Peace 6th Annual Charity Basketball Game is in partnership with urban youth and community outreach program, Team Usual Suspects, led by Larry Walker, Jr.
"Over the last two years due to Covid-19 we have been limited as a nonprofit organization to traveling and hosting our signature charity basketball games. That's what makes this 6th anniversary of our Ballin 4 Peace Charity Basketball game and our Road To Peace summer tour so special," said Ballin 4 Peace founder, Haron Hargrave.
"Thank you to Larry Walker, Jr., Team Usual Suspects, JUNK Brand Headbands, Wooter Apparel, and Real Fans Real Talk for teaming-up and giving back with us in Houston and on the campus of Texas Southern University. We can't wait to get on the court together and share our on-going message of spreading peace through sports."
The 6th Annual Charity Basketball game in Houston is part of a five-city summer community outreach and basketball tour at Ballin 4 Peace with tour stops also taking place in Miami, Atlanta, Sacramento, and New York.
