M2M Challenge 2013/14, World’s Leading M2M Competition

After an outstanding first year, the M2M Challenge once again invites developers to present their cutting-edge m2m solutions and win prize, this year worth over $160,000. Kick-off for this year’s competition is May 14th at the m2m Forum in Milan, Italy, with representatives from top-tier companies.

The world’s leading m2m award, the M2M Challenge, recognizes and honors new and innovative m2m solutions in cooperation with partners and sponsors, including the title sponsors Swisscom and Ericsson. Developers from all over the world are invited to submit their innovative m2m solution in one of five categories – mobility, energy, security, healthcare, and consumer electronics & more. In addition to cash prizes, contestants also have the opportunity to access the vast and growing network of like-minded innovators the M2M Challenge generates.
At the kick-off event during the m2m Forum in Milan, Italy, on Tuesday, May 14th, at 12:30pm representatives from the partner companies Swisscom, Ericsson, and Telit Wireless Solutions will present and open the M2M Challenge 2013/14. Special guest and last year’s overall winner Limmex, represented by the CEO Pascal König, will showcase the Limmex Emergency Watch, 2012’s winning m2m solution.

The submission period opens immediately after the kick-off at www.m2m-challenge.com on May 14th and closes on November 30th 2013.
The next M2M Challenge 2013/14 event will take place in Malmö, Sweden, on June 13th 2013 – stay tuned for more information.
