Saxoprint offers individually designed packaging
Saxoprint breaks new ground. As one of the first companies in the industry, the online printing company that started off in Dresden, Germany, offers not only standard print materials such as flyers and posters, but also allows its customers to design their own fully customisable packaging and mailers. From April 10th the new service is available at www.saxoprint.co.uk.
Starting at a quantity of 100 units, it is possible to design and print envelopes, gift boxes, pillow box packaging and mailer boxes. Saxoprint provides its customers with a flexible product range from small quantities for small business or for short-term operations to larger requirements for online retailers and agencies. "Companies can capitalise on the resulting branding effect with custom packaging branding to differentiate themselves from competitors," explains product manager Jana Pietzsch.
Another advantage is that the customer does not need to order large quantities and thus does not have to provide storage areas. There are no limits to the customer’s visual design. For those who are less versed graphically, a free design template can be selected in the online portal and adapted to own ideas. Depending on the print run, prices are barely higher than for non-printed standard packaging. The packaging is shipped only eight days after the order has been placed.
"This product will as interesting to smaller businesses and individuals as it is for larger companies. Attractive, custom printed packaging appeals to the recipient already when it is delivered. Whether a football motif during the European Soccer Championship, attractive photos or a classic corporate design and logo… Customers can order the customised packaging from our online service quickly, easily and at low prices," explains Jana Pietzsch.
